Yes, MyInfo is fully compatible with Windows 10 (both 32- and 64-bit editions).
Do you offer MyInfo versions for Mac or Linux?
There is no native version of MyInfo for Mac or Linux. But it is still possible to run MyInfo on these platforms using Crossover. See our blog post about how to install and configure MyInfo under Mac or Linux.
Do you have portable version (for USB flash drives)?
Yes, MyInfo runs perfectly on a USB flash/thumb drive. You need the Professional edition in order to install it on a USB drive.
Do you offer mobile (iPhone/Android) version of MyInfo?
No, we do not offer mobile (iPhone/Android/Blackberry) version of MyInfo yet.
On how many computers can I install MyInfo?
MyInfo is licensed on a "per-person" basis. So, you can install MyInfo on all computers that you own (for example home PC, laptop).
If you are an organization or a company, however, you need to purchase license for each employee that uses MyInfo.

What is your upgrade policy?
Minor updates of MyInfo are free. For example, if you purchase MyInfo 6.0, you get 6.01, 6.5, etc. for free.
MyInfo customers are eligible for a big discounts (50% and more), if they upgrade to new major versions of MyInfo (for example from MyInfo 5 to MyInfo 6).
If you purchase up to 90 days before major release, you get it for free.

I don't see an option to import Word files
If you don't see Ms Word file extensions (*.doc and *.docx) in Insert Document From File and Insert File commands, you do not have Microsoft Office© converters installed. You can download and install them from Microsoft's Download Center.
I can't paste data from other applications in MyInfo
If you have WebRoot security software installed, it may have disabled pasting for MyInfo.
Follow these instructions in order to add MyInfo to the WebRoot's allowed applications list in order paste to work properly.
Should I uninstall old versions before upgrading?
If you are making minor update (for example from 6.01 to 6.03), you do not have to uninstall MyInfo.
When making major upgrade (from 5 to 6 for example), it is recommended to uninstall the old version first. In general however, both 5 and 6 can co-exist on a single computer.
How to uninstall MyInfo?
- Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features.
- Select MyInfo in the list, click Uninstall, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
