What payment methods do you accept?

We take Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal.

We also accept Discover, checks, and money orders for US customers.

On how many computers can I install MyInfo?

MyInfo is licensed on a "per-person" basis. So, you can install MyInfo on all computers that you own (for example home PC, laptop).

Purchasing extra licenses grant the same permission to more people in your household or company.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we offer volume discounts. Visit our store to learn more.

Do you offer academic or non-profit discounts?

Yes, we offer educational and non-profit discounts. We need a proof of your academic/nonprofit status.

License and Upgrades

MyInfo License

MyInfo is sold and licensed on a "per-person" basis. You can install MyInfo on all computers that you own (for example home PC, work PC, laptop).

If you are an organization or a company, however, you need to purchase license for each employee that uses MyInfo.

Upgrade Policy

Minor updates of MyInfo are free. For example, if you purchase MyInfo 6.0, you get 6.01, 6.5, etc. for free.

MyInfo customers are eligible for a big discounts (50% and more), if they upgrade to new major versions of MyInfo (for example from MyInfo 5 to MyInfo 6).

If you purchase up to 90 days before major release, you get it for free.

Academic/Non-profit

Discounts & Eligibility

We offer 50% discount for both MyInfo Standard and MyInfo Professional.

These discount are available for students, teachers, faculty, and staff in academic institutions and for non-profit organizations.

Proof of Academic Status

We need one of the following documents:

College Students

• Confirmation email from .edu domain
• Current student ID
• Course schedule
• Registration receipt for this semester
• Letter of Enrollment on school letterhead

Teachers, Faculty, Staff

• Confirmation email from .edu domain
• Link to your faculty web page
• Faculty ID
• Letter of Employment on school letterhead
• Pay stub (cross out confidential information)

Nonprofit Organizations

• Copy of IRS 501(c)3 form
• IRS letter stating you are a 501(c)3
