Is MyInfo compatible with 64-bit operating system?
Yes, MyInfo is compatible with Windows 7 64-bit, Windows Vista 64-bit, and Windows XP 64-bit operating systems.
Is MyInfo compatible with Vista and Windows 7?
Yes, MyInfo is fully compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Do you offer MyInfo versions for Linux or Mac?
No, there is no version of MyInfo for Linux or Mac. Currently, we have no plans to port MyInfo to those platforms, because MyInfo relies on a number of Windows-only technologies.
Do you offer mobile (iPhone/Android) version of MyInfo?
No, we do not offer mobile (iPhone/Android/Blackberry) version of MyInfo.

On how many computers can I install MyInfo?
MyInfo is licensed on a "per-person" basis. So, you can install MyInfo on all computers that you own (for example home PC, laptop).
If you are an organization or a company, however, you need to purchase license for each employee that uses MyInfo.
Do you offer volume discounts?

Do you offer educational/non-profit discounts?

What is your upgrade policy?
Minor updates of MyInfo are free. For example, if you purchase MyInfo 6.0, you get 6.01, 6.5, etc. for free.
MyInfo customers are eligible for a big discounts (50% and more), if they upgrade to new major versions of MyInfo (for example from MyInfo 5 to MyInfo 6).
If you purchase up to 90 days before major release, you get it for free.
Do you have money back guarantee?

In my credit card statement there is not MyInfo but a name of some other company.
The company name in your credit card statement is the name of our payment processor partner. The possible names are Share-It, Digital River, Plimus, and FastSpring.
Installation
Does MyInfo work on USB drive or USB stick?
Yes, MyInfo runs perfectly on a USB flash/thumb drive. You need the Professional edition in order to install it on a USB drive.
Should I uninstall old versions before upgrading?
If you are making minor update (for example from 6.01 to 6.03), you do not have to uninstall MyInfo.
When making major upgrade (from 5 to 6 for example), it is recommended to uninstall the old version first. In general however, both 5 and 6 can co-exist on a single computer.
