MyInfo 4 public beta available
We have just released the public beta version of MyInfo 4. We consider MyInfo 4 to be a huge improvement over the previous versions of the product.
Some of the highlights in the new release are:
- Spell checking
- Save local copy of web resources
- Improved filters
- Customizable state icons
- Customizable keyboard shortcuts
- Formatting in the tree
- Document attributes pane
- USB drives compatibility
- Faster indexing
- Task documents are back
- Edit column values in the filter view
- Quick access to favorite topics, documents and filters
- Change color buttons like in Ms Office
- Display multiline titles in the tree
- Improved Auto Paste
- Calendar view
- Reorder topic tabs with the mouse
- Many improvements
- Many bug fixes
This beta version is available to anyone, however please keep in mind that as every beta version of a product, it is highly recommended to backup any important data, if you intend to use it with the beta version of the product.
MyInfo 4 public beta comes in two editions:
- The regular desktop edition is for installation on PCs running Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows XP or Windows Vista.
- The portable Flash-drive compatible edition is for installation on flash/thumb drive.

I love your product and would love to buy it but 1 feature is missing that is a deal killer for me. When the mouse cursor is placed just to the left of a line of text, the arrow turns to point to the left. Clicking with the left button highlights the text but doesn’t highlight the carrige return and line feed at the end of the line. Other programs like Microsoft Word and Jot Plus Notes do, making it simple to re-arrange items in a list by dragging and dropping. Could this feature please be added to version 4?
